The daily allowance, purchases and Scanfy Plus.

Your documents

You are responsible for permission to scan documents and for checking important scans. Export destinations and system backups follow their own settings and rules. Adding your signature places an image of your handwritten signature on a page. Scanfy does not provide a certified, qualified, advanced or other legally binding electronic signature; whether it is accepted is up to the recipient.

Daily allowance

One new document per local calendar day is included without purchase. Every plan permits up to 100 pages per document. Unused allowance does not accumulate. A credit is used only after a new document is saved successfully; opening the camera or cancelling a scan does not use it. Device-clock checks can temporarily pause the free allowance if date or time is unreliable. Saved documents and eligible paid purchases remain available. Pro tools are Black & White output and adding your signature. The free allowance cannot save or export a document that uses them; you can still select, add and preview them for free, and switching those pages to another filter and removing the signature lets the free allowance apply.

The free allowance may pause if the app’s clock check needs to restart, for example after the system clears temporary app data. Keep automatic date and time enabled. Recovery may require at least 24 hours and the next local day. Saved documents and eligible paid purchases remain available.

Single purchase

A single purchase permits one extra successfully saved document and is tied to that document. Use a waiting single purchase before buying another. A single purchase includes Pro tools for its document, always creates a new document and never applies to a document that is already saved.

Scanfy Plus

Plus removes the daily document limit while active. Period, total price, eligible trial or offer, renewal and cancellation information are shown before purchase. The store manages billing, cancellation and refunds. While active, Plus also includes Pro tools, including for documents saved earlier with the free allowance.

Saved documents

Editing or exporting an already saved document uses no extra credit. Documents saved with Plus or a single purchase keep their Black & White pages and signatures after Plus ends. Apart from Pro tools, every plan has the same scanning tools, quality options and 100-page limit. No account or ads are required.

Apple license

For the Apple edition, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies alongside these Scanfy terms. The official agreement is a separate external document; these translations do not replace it.
