Scan and adjust

Capture a page or import a chosen photo. Use even lighting and keep four corners visible. Drag corners or edges, choose a filter and page size, add or reorder pages, then save. To sign, tap Add signature, draw with your finger and place it on the page; each page can have one signature and up to 3 signatures can be saved. This adds an image of your handwritten signature, not a legally binding electronic signature; the recipient decides whether to accept it.

Saving and credit

One daily allowance covers one new document, not one page. Up to 100 pages are allowed. Saving successfully uses the credit; cancelling, editing or re-exporting a saved document does not. Pro tools (Black & White output and your signature) are part of Scanfy Plus or a single purchase. Preview them for free, or remove them to save with the free allowance.

The free allowance may pause if the app’s clock check needs to restart, for example after the system clears temporary app data. Keep automatic date and time enabled. Recovery may require at least 24 hours and the next local day. Saved documents and eligible paid purchases remain available.

Files and connection

Documents stay in the local library. Export a copy to your chosen destination. Scanning, editing and local export work on your device; purchases, entitlement restoration and some system services may need internet. Deleting in Scanfy leaves exported copies and backups intact.

Restore and manage

Use Restore purchases to recheck eligible purchases with the store account used to buy them. The store manages subscription cancellation and refunds. A single purchase is used for one extra saved document. It includes Pro tools for that document and never applies to a document that is already saved. For help, email support@huzk.com.
